Or if you play on Al'Kabor you can't post anywhere but TNZ, iirc.

well they don't want people who quit talking about what was wrong with their respective classes. But don't worry about it, you're not missing much.... Class boards are where Devs stick posts and forget about them.... class boards are where player ideas go to die and fade into non-existence.

Usually the best class forums are not those hosted by SOE. If you're a warrior (according to your sig) The Steel Warrior the place to go. It's a GREAT resource for all things warrior. http://www.thesteelwarrior.org/index.php

I quit, but not because I thought something was wrong with Shaman. I am returning to the game shortly. I would like the opportunity to post in the Vet forums, if only to ask questions - but alas, I am stuck here in Newbie land. Which, honestly, isn't all that bad a thing, I suppose.

Didnt mean to imply that you left for that reason =D Was more of a comment on how SoE controls info to spin its rep. Some of the moderation on these boards is very very draconian if not outright censorship.

Yes, but that is the law of the internet. If you want free speach, you have to start your own board.

Not at all. The Newbie Zone is generally much friendlier then the Vet forums. I don't bother visiting there much due to all the crazy opinionated people there.

I don't really mind crazy, opinionated people. I mind crazy, opinionated people who are flat wrong, throw around invalid statistics like they mean something, and are rude to boot. Which describes the vast majority of the posters in the Vet forums, incidentally.

Agreed. Which is why I mainly post here, and not there.

Newbie zone ftw, I get my answers here, while I get smart replies in the "vets" section. Which is also why I try to help out around here, because I got help before
