From 9:00 AM PDT until 2:00 PM PDT on Monday, April 27, 2009, all of the SOE services and games will be undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable.

This might also cause some forum accounts to temporarily lose permissions, due to the inability to verify account status while the maintenance is taking place. This is only temporary and normal permissions will return automatically once the maintenance is complete.

We apologize for this interruption and will resume all affected services as soon as the maintenance is completed.

I am locking this thread for a few reasons. The main one being that Guides are volunteer players. They volunteer their time to create a more dynamic feel in game.

Recently Guides were given the option to post to the forums. They could just chit chat or post their in game quests if they wanted to. At no time was it made mandatory but left open to their level of comfort. If a Guide doesn't want to post to the forums they do not have to.

The Guides did bend a bit and informed you that they were no longer comfortable in posting to the forums. If you want them to start posting again I would suggest taking a different approach.

And we are always looking for more Guides so please feel free to apply!

Maybe we could get a little charmslot item "Server Hamster" that says goofy things when you click on him. (Thinking of Minsk's little buddy Boo here... bonus if you know who that is.) Make it house placeable as a hamster in a ball that runs around and randomly keels over dead every so often.

Dang that would be awesome. Maybe we could talk Domino into making one.
