Ok so final bosses in games like this, can be a little crazy. I mean we all recall how Geese was in King of Fighters. Seth is on another level though. Trying to beat him on anything more than Hard is nearly impossible. I wonder why they don't have the little "cheese" logo instead of a "V" logo when he wins though like they had way back in the old Street Fighter II Super Edition.
Haha, Raij, you have proven yourself worthy! But since I'm a Street Fighter "fanboy" I will correct you on a few things lol.
It's called Super Street Fighter II, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, and the new one is Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. Not Super Edition lol, I know I know, you were close. Some people call it ST or Super Turbo for short.
I'm 99% sure the cheese logo is from alpha series though. I may have to double check that lol.
And yes how could I forget, STREET FIGHTER: The Legend Of Chun-Li in theatres this Friday! FEB 27th!
Yeah I forgot it was Super Street Fighter II it's been what, 10+ years? So many fighters, so little time.

Just recently got a copy of Little Big Planet (found a super deal online) and overall I've been impressed! I think the gameplay is really creative and you really get that feeling of being out in a much bigger world.
Yes....yes I do. I've found that the game looks fantastic and is super smooth when it comes to all gameplay. The main problem I have is with Seth as the final boss. Someone needs to reel in that "cheese" machine before a controller ends up through the TV.
Seriously though, having a final boss that has all moves and simply uses cheapness to beat you isn't fun. I liked using the strategy aspects of the game to beat my foes as opposed to going down to cheap mode and cheesing my enemy to death.
So...Really what are you on the fence about in making the purchase? Perhaps there's some information that we can provide or point you to to help you with your big decision.
I've heard they are pretty solid but the back-up blind spot is pretty bad so many folks are recommending that you look into a back-up camera so you don't run over anyone.
I'm Professor Hedwocket and these are my Chronicles.
Greetings, Professor Hedwocket here! As a curious and adventuresome professor it's my job to adventure throughout Norrath and gather information that others might find useful. It'll be a long journey so I'm bringing along my trusty notebook and fountain pen as well as an experimental clockwork image capture device that's been said to produce images of uncanny quality.
What would I do without some trusty tunes to keep me company on this long journey? I've made the decision to explore not only the magical lands that are all around us, but the music which serenades our ears. With that said I, Professor Hedwocket will attempt to bring you new music from all across the land, sometimes it'll be new, other times it might not, but after all this is my adventures and I just might like a particular song.
This week Professor Hedwocket stumbled upon some interesting details on an "Unknown" entity that's roaming the lands of Tunaria. Professor Hedwocket was able to piece together a brief profile on this "Unknown" so check it out and see what you think the "Unknown" is...
Name: The Unknown
Location: the darkest night, the shadows of your dreams
Description: of who they are and what the(y) do: he roams the nightmares of your dreams, feeding on fears and terrors of those who dread the shadows of the night
Fun Facts: no one has seen his face. He roams freely on the boards of Tunaria and in the dreams of its inhabitants. His whispers speak of horrors and terror to come. No one can hear you scream in your sleep.
Quotable Quotes: Feeling lucky tonight? The shadows hold the essence of evil that is the Unknown. Darkness cannot be conquered by the light. The shadows will prevail and all that is light will be consumed by the night.

I have been venturing the various cities around the land of tunaria looking for something magnificent. Someone
simply not recognized of their efforts to help benefit our community. I came across a race of gnomish peoples living in a
sort of cavern-like city by the name of Klik'Anon. There is where I found a series of contraptions. Steam powered marvels
operating this technological empire.

Description of who they are and what the do: A peace-loving giant eel sea serpant who likes nothing more than to sun bathe on the beach by the city of Qeynos. His efforts in the near by ocean to scavage dead whale and shark carcasses as well as to drive off other sea monsters from his territory bring accolades from the grateful citizens of the nearby city
Fun Facts: His pet peeve is the people who run around with sharp sticks and pieces of metal and poke at him while he is trying to get a nice tan. He also doesn't like being barbacued on the beach...unless they bring along marshmellows.
Quotable Quotes: "Aw, geeze, you guys again?" "I just had my scales polished, watch what you're doing with that thing!" "The next time anyone mentions sushi in front of me they better be a fast runner."

There's so many arms within Sony that it can get quite confusing to the normal consumer looking at this and thinking that it might affect someone they know. I can say that from what I understand we're not seeing anyone being let go at our office.
I witnessed this first hand and it's quite annoying to say the least. Home has some pretty neat features nestled within it's goodness but the immaturity of these people really left a sour taste in my mouth over the whole experience. I'm hoping for better control over the whole harassment stuff moving forward but you never know.

Professor Hedwocket has gathered some information to help those adventurers who are starting out as a new Enchanter. Check out what advice we've uncovered for those Enchanters Level 51-60. Special thanks to Yorkiedruid for the advice!
At this point, you have to decide if you want to go animator with a nice tanking pet (noncharmed) and a nice buff for that pet, or go be a spellbinder with the ability to charm more mobs for a lot longer time frame than any other class or MC.
Enchanters are still great at providing power on raids and in groups. With the Grand Animator, many enchanters are able to successfuly tank certain mobs that normally would need more people to successfully destroy.
The pod ability spell is one of the 'must have' spells. You should also find and use the various mob-drop spells that can be found for lvl 51, 54 and lvl 57. Also be certain to run over to the tower in Darvor Manor and pick up your lvl 60 spells.
At this point, you can buy the cm line for not only a longer charm spell (for animators) which will let you charm higher level mobs, but also the cm line to get various forms for your group which will give added stats and resists to them.
Charging rhinos are a favorite for roaming around Odus, but be careful trying to get to one in the Hunt, since the various entities there are fast and furiously protect their territories. Lava centipedes and various flame/lava creatures in Lavastorm and Solusek Eye are greatly in demand.

Vote for EQOA in MMORPG's 2008 Readers Choice Awards
MMORPG has opened voting for their 2008 Readers Choice Awards, and is now accepting votes in the category of Best Overall Game. EQOA is just one of the many MMOs nominated, and only you can make sure your favorite game is recognized.
Voting closes December 31st, so go register (it's quick and painless!) and make sure everyone knows that EQOA is the best game out there!
Well they just announced Dragon Quest X for the Wii, and I really can't wait. They haven't even released IX for the DS yet, so I'm in it for the long haul. It doesn't get anymore old school than DQ. I'll just finish my current run-throughs of VII and VIII until then.
I haven't heard that name in a long time and I honestly didn't think they were making any more of them. Finding out that they are still around and creating Dragon Quest games is a good thing, thanks for that info.
Note: I just checked on Amazon and they were both available.
I believe we won't see Final Fantasy for some time as for some reason I recall hearing that it was delayed again. I could be wrong though.
If you haven't played it yet, I'd recommend checking out Seventh Saga which was done by Enix pre-merge with SquareSoft. It's a pretty interesting game and it presented some pretty innovative ideas back in the SNES days.
I believe part of the reason your seeing a dry spell in these quality RPG games is because the production time on such an RPG is a great deal longer than any other game type. With story creation and top quality character development, level design, and CGI cut seen movies you're looking at a minimum of 2-3 years production wise. If you factor in when dev kits are available to the companies we should see some RPG's hit these consoles within the next year or so.
Keep in mind that I don't have actual dates on when dev kits were made available to anyone but they are usually available before the console actually launches.
We've seen a vast increase in the production value of these sort of RPG's so they take a bit of time...
