Patch system error (result code -15)

Getting the following message after runing the client:

A required file is missing

Tried full system scan, but the error comes up as soon as the accept button is struck. Ticked it anyway, but no go guys.

sigh probably the third thread about it.
the servers are down for 3 hours,
getting a new hotfix thats it. just have patience for another 2 hours and then try again

Well, SOE want to get their act together, we are paying for this game and everytime time they patch, something goes wrong...every single time!
