techincally yes you could shrink it down that much.. how ever most avatars are 100x100 in size or some times smaller.. and to my knowledge you can't set custom avatars on these forums yet. How large is your video, it's it's around 5 or so megs, email it to me thw4rt@gmail.com and i'll see what i can do with it, if it's larger then that let me know and i'll get you access somewhere else to upload the file to.
