Indeed. I'd say keep to the max 150x500 rule.

On the old forums, sigs were automatically cropped to 500x150.

So take that as a guideline!

The image size is supposed to be no larger than 500 pixels in width and 150 pixels in height, while the file size is supposed to be under 500kb.

Your current sig image is 656 pixels in width, 180 pixels in height and 345.99kb.

You may also want to turn all in-game graphical settings to highest details when taking a screen shot for your sig too. (You can turn them back down afterwards). The change in quality really does make a difference.

They may do Aqua, but at his current rank he isn't actually technically allowed to have a sig. He's putting in to ever post himself instead.

I think they just cut it off, I remember making a sig slightly too big for my first one and it just cut off the bottom...

I , for one, do not see any sig....
