account problems

I'm trying to unsubscribe from MXO, but I can't access the subscription part. I enter my information at this page: https://secure.station.sony.com/mxo/index.vm, and I end up with this message: We have experienced an unexpected error. Please try again later. Please help. My account expires tommorow and I don't want to be charged again.

Well I've just tried now and it let me access my account, although I went through this link then clicked on view/edit for MxO and logged in again. Had a couple of problems accessing the secure site initially though.

Try that, see if it helps any.

sorry to post here but im kind of stuck - i used to have a matrix online account but cancelled it absolutely ages ago. i decided to reregister today, but im having major problems. i thought my old characters would have been long deleted, but im still able to log in with them. however, i cant seem to load any abilities into the slots. plus, i have absolutely no way to post new threads on the forum, because there is no "new post" option. in addition, im only given the ability to "quick reply" in about 3 threads on the whole board!

Can anyone explain whats going on?

The posting restrictions you have are due to your forum rank, after a couple of days it should allow you to post in other parts of the forum.

In regards to the abilities, what error message do you receive? A lot of things changed in regards to the combat upgrade in February, so make sure you have all the required abilities to load any further down the tree and that they are leveled up.

Unsubscribe from MXO, how dare you. I have noticed this same issue before. They dont want you to do so before your next billing. When you are billed again I am sure you can then log in and unsubscribe.

Well from what I remember, you used to drag and drop abilities onto the hotbar from the abilities menu brought up at the hardlines - this is what i was trying, and failing miserably at. Then just now (completely by accident) i was going through the inventory menu stuff (by clicking the blue man icon at the bottom, next to the compass) and found I could drag and drop onto the hotbar from there. I dont recall doing it like that before so i guess this is one of the changes?

i'm still not 100% sure if what im looking at is normal, though. for some reason underneath the hotbars theres a blue fastpunch icon and a yellow one (not sure what it represents), and they don't seem to do anything. is there an idiots guide online anywhere with regards the changes made?

Firstly: To add abilities to the hotbar you need to press "O" to open the abilities menu (not the same as the one you get at hardlines) then drag those up to the hotbar

secondly I know you know cr2.0 because of that gun fight we had in the subway, and in the rain on the roof... that was a fun photo shoot.
