Just after DrSmith's post, I'v decided to post

When the severs are restarted I'm aware that its 4am MCT which translates to noon GMT

Any chance to push it back a couple of hours to make it ready for noon?

earlier so the US people have a chance to sleep moar and ukers have moar play time

That's fine by me. I thought he meant the other way around, and I was trying to understand that logic.
