Okay this is pretty complicated but basically, the Machines stole this archive thing that has information on the RSI signals of all the veteran operatives who have not had their signals reconfigured, and they can find them in the Matrix anytime! They could also get into secure Zion constructs with it! The good news is, the archive is locked and only brainwaves from Lock or Morpheus can unlock it, and only if they are willing! They are worried the General's Morpheus sim may be able to unlock it, so Tyndall wants to find it before the Machines do! Roland suggests to go to Seraph for help! Seraph says he has seen Morpheus at a few of his old places when he was alive, and the sim at them lately too! He sent us signals marking the places!
The first place had one of those Unclean Exiles from the hideouts inside! He made a strange comment about Morpheus saying he would fake his own death, and that we can only find him if we "belief" (was that supposed to be believe? I'm not sure, the Exile was talking funny so maybe that was just part of it
) Ummm... I think I forgot to try talking to him again after that to see what he said
Anyway, there was nothing else here :/
The next place had a bluepill inside, and Morpheus was with him! The sim didn't seem to be on Zion's side, or the Machine side though! He said he wanted to listen to both sides, and decide who to help or who not to help after that! Uh oh :O
After reporting to Niobe, she said the sim seems stubborn just like Morpheus, but we are going to do our best to convince him not to help the Machines! She also talked a little about what she had hoped for her and Morpheus after the war ended! I wonder what happened between her and Lock? Tyndall seems confident we can get the sim to help, because helping the Machines would make no sense and there's no way to make it make sense!
