well i just think that this is just the initial layout that came directly from whoever was making it cause Walrus was hounding them so hard to get it done. One he got it he probably posted it asap without adding any new content so that he can add it later and calm down everyone. The content will be coming I'd think on the site soon because Walrus mentioned that he was told not to update the old site because they didn't want to have to redo them for the new site once its out...meaning they have stuff to post soon now that its out. Hopefully its some new dev journals and OSotLG's.
