The waypoint leads to the Zion white hallway enterance. Once in the hallways, the marked door will take you into the Zion outpost.
The outpost is filled with hostile Zion npcs.

[Team] Zion Duelist: *CENSORED* Machines are everywhere!
[Team] Zion Kung Fu Grandmaster: Think you can just come in here, you sons of--

[Team] Zion SMG Specialist: *CENSORED* Machines are everywhere!
[Team] Zoya: Sometimes... Sometimes I think Agent Pace is kind of hot. Is that...bad?
[Team] Eltigen: Wha-at? Man, how can you even ask that question?
[Team] Eltigen: Oh, snap! See what happens?
[Team] Zoya: Ulp!
[Team] Zion Karate Grandmaster: We've been hacked!
[Team] Zion Destroyer: We've been hacked!
[Team] Zion Karate Grandmaster: We've been hacked!
[Team] Zion Aikido Grandmaster: Send in the training sim!
[Team] Zion SMG Specialist: Send in the training sim!

The nessecary computer is activated and the mission is accomplished. The training sim can also be activated. I do not have the text for defeating the Sim, assuming it exists.
Exiting the outpost takes you back to Richland, and the mission is over.
