I've had a Machine reputation of 120 for as long as I can remember.  More to the point, two recent critical mishes for the Machines each concluded with me being told I'd get +1 Machine rep, and -1 for Zion and/or Merovingian.  But afterwards my rep was still 120!

So here're my questions:

1.  Has anyone else has this problem?

2.  Is there any solution?

Thanks in advance for any insight.

When I left merv on iterator, I had Max merv rep (At the time it didnt say "max" this was when we still had numers for max) I ground Mech rep for weeks and achieved a rep of 116 Mech, Min Merv Min Zion.

At the time of the server merge, My rep still sat at 116 Mech, min Merv, Min Zion. Regardless of what a mission tells me I get rep-wise, I have still, to this day, Never EVER gotten my rep above 116 Mech. I mission every single time Im in the system, and have for years now. It just doesnt go up anymore.

So Sugaree, Yes others have this problem. As for fixing it, if you find out, let me know.

I'm stuck at 119 with both my characters. Although Hanzyl did just recently get some rep points he was previously stuck at that since he hit 50 and no doubt before hand.

As someone mentioned to me though. With no org abilities who really cares what your rep is at as long as you can do the criticals and get to the special area.

I have heard of someone that complained in a CCR about it and they managed to fix it somehow. Worth a shot.

I may have been stuck at one point i think, but i finally got max rep like two weeks ago! woot!

I used to have this problem where it would tell me of a rep increase but no changes are made. Happened to me lots, I must have gotten at least 10 false rep statements.

Took me a very long time but I did eventually grind out max rep, 14 months to be exact.

I'm not sure there is any way to fix it apart from running more missions, I didn't even realise I got max rep on a mission. One day I was gonna do my Critical mission and went "OMG, Max Rep!".

Yeah, I'd get a message for getting 1 additional machine rep point a few times when not actually recieving it. Always one away from max rep too. But I did finally get there, it is possible.

I've been stuck at 125 for ... um .. I don't know how long.

A year? A year and six months? Three quarters of a year? I have no idea. Pretty sure I sent in a bug about it. Can't remember though. Hard to say.

Whoot Uncertainty!!

The higher your rep, the less chance you get a rep point. I am at 124 and I think there is a 1% chance of getting a rep point.

There was an outline on someone's blog. I looked for it yesterday and couldn't find it. I would like to cite the person who has the blog and info.

Ok, I finally found the blog. Also, I got a rep point today. I kept track and I did 46 missions of all difficulties and styles; assassination, courier, etc.

When I got this rep point and my previous rep point, there was another lvl 50 on the team and she got a rep point, too.

-If you have 110-117 rep points, youhave a 10% chance in getting one when completing a mission for your org.

-If you have 118-126, you have a 2% chance. That's about 50 missions.

-If you have 126, you have a 1.1% chance to get that last rep point. So that's about 100 missions for your org. And people complain there is no content.

Figure it used to be 30 missions per level. Getting that last rep point is like missioning over 3 levels worth. I hope that last Meet Niobe mission is good!

The problem here is that what your saying is that after 50 or so missions , you will have a pretty high chance of getting a rep point which in my opinnion is how it should work but thats only in a culumalative system,

The ingame system though its a 2% chance per mission (1.1% at 126) so you could do 50 missions or 500 (like me, 125 rep for over a year now) and still not hit the 2% to get the rep point.

You must have been very lucky to get it on that mission so close to the target number. SMILEY
