i give that a 1, and the only reason it gets a one is cus it uses matrix lettering.

Make the backround transparent so it looks like the words are directly on the forums, and give them a distanced drop shadow so it looks like they are floating and id give you a 3.

About the only I would change about that is maybe put some streaming matrix code in the letters. Knowing me, I'd probably animate it too. LOL.
