That would have been Friday, November 28th, "1999" (2008) starting in Mannesdale Housing Projects around 4:20 PM MCT. (After leaving us, Ghost seems to have made a stop in Downtown then made quite an extensive tour of parts of International District.)
The Matrix was eerily quiet and empty, with none of the members of our loosely aligned Zion/EPN cooperative jacked in to any of the instances. (We checked all the standard Zion comm protocols: YIM, AIM, XF, Skype and SL, but there must have been severe interference from Dark Storm, because no one answered our hails.) The Brethren were running orientation and access node operations for a couple of new recruits (one of which you can see being unceremoniously dumped on his head by one of the local drug dealing gang members) when Ghost dropped in. He was, as usual, thoughtful and, for a change, talkative. After the only other available allied operatives were called in for the impromptu meeting with Ghost, we shared our thoughts pro domo sua. Zion and EPN allies on any instance may request a debriefing and may be asked to join in the investigation underway because of Ghost's promptings. Qualifications of high NKL, and/or outstanding Zion/EPN reputation and/or mad street cred may be required before any information is divulged. Contact one of The Brethren Captains on Recursion: PS10N, NeoExcidious, BadKiity, Sarisor or Commander LeMage. acta est non fabula, Captain BadKiity of the Brethren Commanding the Mercedes class Hovercraft Valkyrie New Zion Fleet, Recursion Division

Not sure if the posts were just late, planned to be posted a couple of weeks after the events or ended up being posted due to the comments of a lot of people wanting to follow what was said and was decided that posting them doesn't really make a detrimental impact on the format of the new approach. Personally I'm going to opt for late due to the extra stuff being done for the winter hols. Still, I'm also very happy that these are continuing to be posted to the public.

The real problem here is that he's shot himself in the foot by posting these now, because effectively we'll know how often he does them as opposed to having the possiblity of him saying he's doing them constantly without confirmation, so basically we'll be able to view his "efforts" concerning these events and understand just how much time is spent in game as opposed to out. Those of you who think that's a good thing - stay tuned you're in for a treat. ~Darminian

This is the way i thought LE's were suppose to be done, random. The way before, i wouldn't find out there was an event till that night (mainly cause the liasons were never on to pass any info) but there was people that would come over from another server, knowing there was a LE. /dap Rare

What time of the day did this go down? Wondering why because I'm on the west coast with a full time day job so the richland club meet and greets are pretty much out for me; so wondering if, in the 0.0000001% chance I'd stumble onto one of these spontaneous things, it would be a time when I'd actually be ingame.

I think it was already established that live events would be sporadic and only done to facilitate points in the story, where needed. So for us to only see these on occasion would be expected.
amirite?

My point isn't about when they're done my friend, it's about general effort, personally i think it's good to share intel in terms of keeping people on the same page and i do like the smaller circle events, but i think rare's shot himself in the foot because this is going to show people how often he jacks in - but i guess i've forgotten that what used to be random encounters now constitutes as very difficult and elaborate high end live events. And the difference between not enough events and where the story needs it is a line rarebit get's to decide afterall. = So let's just say i said something nice and polite in the manner that synapse did as opposed to my previous points about a lack of effort. isthatalrite? ~Darminian
