If you really did live in the Matrix and you could choose what side you should be on. Would you be a Machine if your in game toon is a Machine? Would you be a Merovingian if your in game toon is a Merovingian..etc.?? Or whould just stay in the Pod?
It's your choice....
I would be a Machinist as well.
Illyria
It pains me to admit this but I'd be zion. Reason? Everyone I knew and cared about would be living in zion and I'd fight for my own. I have to add though that I'd try to continue the peace process with the machines. I'd encourage communication and understanding between the races with the hope of avoiding any new violence.
This is all strictly OOC.

I would stay Zion for 101%.
I'd probably be Merovingian, since that sector seems the most open towards people who are different. I've always related to the Exiles since I'm sort of an exile among my own species, thanks to the neurological quirks in my brain...
#1 - There'd be no way I'd take some pills these guys that look like drug dealers give me.
#2 - I'd probably take the bluepill if I was forced to. (Then again if I was forced I wouldn't really have a choice.)
#3 - If I was awakened, I'd probably stick with the people who I was awakened with because of fear of being assassinated if I turned against them.
#4 - I would try to strive for peace, knowing that war would probably mark my own death.
#5 - I would probably have a melt down trying to understand a world where you can..
- Take 150 bullets to the chest and still live, yet if they spin their guns around a little more fancy it will take less bullets.
- The fact that at certain times I'd slow down feeling awkwardly jet-lagged.
- Where people can disappear 20 feet away from you just by hunching over.
- That by tossing my hands around I can put myself in a bubble shield.
- Knowing that if someone breaks my bubble-shield, I could receive a swift kick in the balls.
- Experiencing a meatwad.
- Red waves in midair make me feel massively butthurt.
- Knowing that I'm cursed with immortality, as I can experience near-death... only to come back renewed to experience it again. (To an extent of course.)
Machines.
Yeah. They've got questionable methods. But better them than me. =P
I think ballak got some good point's here and most of you would s*** in the pants (incl. me) if you really was there face to face with a vampire or a Corrupted. When it comes to humans actully being there at a war, we all react different then we think, unless you are trained soldier...right?
Thanks for the reply to this question.
For now, let's just play the game
