Hi,
well i joined yesterday Syntax server and I decided to go Spy. The thing is that manual says that Perception and Focus should be my main atributes as far as i understood.
But i have some questions, im sure you can answer them.

Atributte Belief. The manual description says little thing why this is important, hyper jumps and that but for what class is important?

How much often should i raise Vitality too?

Another thing is i think i read on the manual that when u an ability it does a green effect for a moment, as i dont recall what page was and the manual is a little  big, do you know what does it do? I could be wrong too, but i think i read that.

Ahh i almost forgot, sometimes depends what NPC or object im facing just in front of me, the name of my character gets cut and my RSI when i open the inventory disappears or is shown with errors. I am using latest nvidia drivers and directx and my card surpasses the requirements, im also playing Lineage2 (well just stopped to play this one) and never happened there. Any hints on this?

As a general rule, you want to try and pump most points into the stats for the tree you are going to use, and those stats include the Accuracy and the Damage.

For SPY you get your accuracy stats from the attribute: Perception, and your damage from the attribute: Reason.

I'm not sure which manual you are reading, but since we have had a combat revision done a while back, the old manuals are good for 1 thing, keeping an open fire burning.

As for the green effect? I'm a bit lost on that. Is there a particular ability you are using?
My suggestion is to try the moves ingame and that will be the best way to learn what you need to do and what each move is capable of.

If you are interesting in the Master Knife Thrower tree, here is a guide made by the staff of MegaCity Times, that should help you understand a few things (Plus is CR2 compliant).

They never changed the very opening character creation write ups when you first start the game where it describes what the attributes do. They still describe what things did back in the old combat system.

Ah, good catch. I've not remade or looked at those myself in a long time.

I thought as a Spy (im more the assassin branch) my main attribs would be perception and focus(recall or precise body control, such as sneaking, benefit from a high focus).

I will look what i told about the abilities and the green effect.

Ok i read it in an internet faq:

Under the new combat system, a selected ability will have its hotbar number
flash while it is being contested, and once it will either be a hit or a miss,
the number will be solid red. In this split-second, you can select another
ability without cancelling the current one, which can save you a turn. A
successful hit is indicated by a green circle animation over the hotbar button
(as well as a fancy animation for your character), and a failed hit is indi-
cated by a red flash over the hotbar icon. So, nothing special just to know if the attack was successful or not.

Ah, I see.

Yes the Green circle shows in the ability when it hits. Might I suggest 2 guides written for CR2, read these, you will understand a lot, very quickly.

Cr2 - Beginners Guide
Introduction to Cr2

Both have images to explain things more clearly, too.

Another quick question, in one of those guides it says you can restart your attribute points, is that working actually? cause if that works its a relief for me. I have my heart broken with my rogue archtype and the kung fu movements.

You can't change your base stats, but the ones you've gained by leveling up, you can get all of them back with a RSI stat hack.

Aye, those base points from character creation can't be reset, but those you gain as you progress can be.

Great news to me then, I choosed a "profile" suitable for both Spy and Soldier classes. In fact its normal you cannot change the initial stat points allocation when you create the character.
