Vista glitch and clothing

Hi. I recently re-installed the game on my new laptop, which unfortunately has Vista installed on it. I searched and found a lot of bug hotfixes, but I couldn't find one thing:

Can anyone please list the clothing items (body types, gender, etc) that will obliterate my screen? Does such a list exist?

i dont have a list but i think wearing a white winter coat without a shirt seems to do it for one

i have all sorts of graphical problems with vista (and i have a good graphics card too)
my screen will go all crazy, then if i turn my camera or walk forward a little it will go back to normal. My anniversay "Love" shirt will also go into some funky checkered pattern and become unreadable.

whenever I stand to close to somebody wearing black there pattern becomes checkered. Most sunglasses do it to and rifles as well. Sometimes I also hit voids where my screen becomes white and I just have to run until I am out of it. Turning off other programs that I run such as limewire or windows media player seems to reduce this problem.
