Looking forward to the big surprise! Is it Wednesday yeti? "Which way did he, George? Which way did he go?" (P.S.- Didn't the old Warner Bros cartoons have amazing, almost abstract, backgrounds?)

Nice note about Child's Play. It's definitely a worthwhile cause to donate to, and proves that we're not as bad as a certain lawyer says we are.

Yeti? hmm...better not be a snow corrupter...that'd be awful. I'd prefer Christmas to about snow ball fights and fun frolicks (not killing npc spawns ad nasuem, no matter what they are) And yes, ChildsPlay is a worthy cause and we should all do something (whether small or large). Not to "prove" anything to anyone, simply to help others who don't have the affluence or advantages that most of us have.

Agreed. Zampano1981 wrote: And yes, ChildsPlay is a worthy cause and we should all do something (whether small or large). Not to "prove" anything to anyone, simply to help others who don't have the affluence or advantages that most of us have.
Agreed. Although I have the feeling we're going to throw snowballs at Yeti's to catch snowflakes so we can earn the black gloves.

Well as long as the, hopefully very few, Yetis are only found in certain, appropriate, areas then i don't think it should interfere with the fun nature of the event at all.
/brainstorm
Maybe somehow (dont ask me how) they could only come out when the weather cycle is on snow?
That'd be cool.

HUGE bravo to the Child's Play plug. Is there anyway to get some advertising for it in game perhaps, on billboards or whatever? Hopefully those that can contribute will contribute. Everyone always says the Christmas season is about giving, but to be more specific I would say it's about giving to children.

I've heard the word "Yeti" enough to last me a lifetime... Start calling it "Snow Corrupted" or "Snorrupted" or "Corrupnow" Or maybe even just "SC" Anything but yeti...

Well since I was moving last year around this time I completely missed the entire Holiday Event 2005/2006 - so I am definitely looking forward to it - no matter if there will be Yetis or not
