Must be something going on wtih EPN seeing those names are from epn members. Maybe some code bombs to be planted so EPN can just deny having a part of it and pretend they aren't terrorists???

If I were you, I'd be more concerned with EPN. It is they who, in Neo's name, constantly disrupt the truce with their seemingly random violent outbursts. They are the the most visible threat to co-existence, and not those evil, evil machines.
