Currently I have a shirt that boosts Tool Crafting with 5 points and some other clothes that boost it with 1 or 2 points. I can just get it to 59 points, but I'd like it to be higher.I'm looking for clothes that boost Tool Crafting with more than 3 points.
Also looking for clothes that boost Compiling with 3 points.

I'll check to see what I have, but I wouldn't stress about compiling. Compiling in the Inventory tab of the Loading Area is 100%, you cannot fail to compile. So all it costs is a trip to the LA.

You can get a total of 12pts of compile if you are able to find the following:
