Is that pencil scanned and coloured? Or is it GFX tablet in photoshop?

If I had to guess, I'd say it was done in Painter, using the pencil tools, and the glow brush FX tool.

OMG!!! I can't believe you did all of that in like a couple of hours! O_O It is amazing!! I totally did not expect that You are very talented! Thank you for letting me be your model for the picture!!
