All CR1 abilities (and those org abilities that were never finished) have the level set at 99 so they are useless. As for what it did, I don't know.

It was put in by mistake so to make it where no one could use it anymore they changed it to level 99 hehe 
Gosh I can't remember at all what exactly it did but it was kind of like an upgrade program thingy you know like upgrade master or whatever  I am sure I have pictures of what it did somewhere buried in my pile of bazillion matrix pictures but I have no idea where O.o

Zen Master I believe. It was to be a side ability set like sniper I believe.

Can you give us some sort of guidlines for when these will end? Also, can you set a price for the frags? It's like we're bidding but there is no reason to bid when we all just seem to want 1 of each. It's basically like we're bidding for different items.
