Not able to login

Hey community,

the player "Sonnyblack" can´t login anymore since the server restart.
He changed his password more than 4 times, but nothing happened.
He also can´t post on the forums, that´s why I do it for him.
Please help him ASAP.

Does it say Charecter in use or what?

yeah, post back with more info about the exact error he is getting.

Is it saying password is incorrect or something else?
