I'm starting this because of the amount of newcomers to the Forum who can't make new threads yet, if you require assistance about MxO that doesn't fall under the character login issues sticky then you may post here and somebody will get back to you ASAP.

I was wondering if i could get a refund on my subscription? or a extension until the issue is resolved?  i subscribed yesterday, and i havent been able to log in to the *CENSORED* game as of late.  Sounds like a fair deal to me, and all of does that are having the same issue.  I know this thread will get ignored, but might aswell give it a shot.  it's fustating the hell out of me, and i dont know what else to do, actually, theres nothing i can do. It's all up to the SOE team to fix this issue.  It's not a player error,is a programing error.

1) How did you purchase the game (download, CD)
2) Do you use Useropts.cfg, and if so next time you post, post all the contents of it.

1) I didnt buy the game. I had an old account that SOE made me buy because they said i didnt "cancel" my trial account in time months ago. I re-activated it and downloaded the game from www.thematrixonline.com. ("Join the trial NOW" area)

Not exactly a "new" member. Beta tester from Aug 2004 to release, then played until SOE took over. It appears "newbies" can't post new threads, so I'll start a topic within this.

Curious if anyone else is having connection timing out issues. About every 15 minutes, it will say my connection has timed out, and shut down the game, contrary to my activity, ping, interaction, and connection.

first of all I'd open the launcher, type in your username and password, turn on the full system check and hit enter, failing that then I'd suggest you post your system information

I'm not exactly sure on how to do the"system information log" thing. Did  it once a long time ago,but i have forgotten.  Can you tell me on how to access that information? I know a bit about computers, but im not a computer wizz.
