I get to the Authenticate| and nothing happens, but my computer reacts like it's trying to get past this point but nothing.
If I close MxO then try to reopen it, I get a message saying "Only one instance of the Matrix can be opened" When I hit Alt Ctrl Delete, then check under Processes I find that my MxO Exe. is still running.
Just what the hell is going on here? I don't even get this message

It seems to vary for a lot of people. Its getting to the point were I might just call up my CC company and dispute the charge made for Matrix Fail offline cause im not getting any access to the game so why should i pay them?
