Im looking for information on how to load a forum sig

If you select My Profile at the top of the forum you should be able to scroll down and enter the url of the image you want to use as a sig.

Although it's possible you might not yet have the appropriate privileges for a forum sig, in which case you won't be able to see the Signature field.
It's odd that one would have to earn sig privilages but still makes scens.

You can also have a sig that is a hyperlink and has a message. url1 could be a link to your website, url2 would be the url of your sig and description would be the message you see when you hover your cursor over it.
How do I get the privelledges?

Now now... this is like pointing a loaded weapon right in somebodys face, you must keep your spam secret and place it well to where it wont be noticed. Like this post I made is a perfect example. i wroe a paragraph of nonscens.
