how dare thee, okies first of all you just need to use brightness/contrast tools to give it a little more depth, and the water you need to make smaller, and only around his body, not on it.

okies, I've been playing around with trying to create a constantine hell thing, I can't get the wind effect if somebody knows how I could do that, this is what I have so far

I'm pretty sure Aqua used the blur tool at some weird setting and used burn and another tool to get the color.

actually I believe that (if u have a steady hand) you could draw it using the brush but that would be expert use with PS
