SMILEYIs force flagging a violation of the TOS or not, and if it is i want to know exactly what load or what not is a violation cause i have heard of totaly different stories of punishment being handed out in the matrix and brewko himself told me being hit by AOE attacks is reason enough to pvp even if the other player is just hunting for your cq.

cause if brewko says " its ok to force flag" i wanna know, and if not, i want the TOS to be Updated with an exact Rule. also i feel we should be emailed changes of the TOS, i have invested to much time in mxo and playing the game by the rules to be warned or banned for doing what i thought was right. maybe they could fix this from happening by adding to the patch note's this; Noobs might die under certain circumstances or if you suck maybe you need to learn how to ad resist or learn how to read to the intro of the game. that is all and keep it interesting and use smiley faces to make it look like less of a spam post.SMILEY

QFT.

If a dude who's flagged gets hit by your AOE and he's CQ farming, it's shady, but it's not illegal.

What about people on vector who are flagged all the time? Should killing them while farming illegal?

Yep. If you're farming in the same place as loads of other people you can't really be surprised when one of them notices you're using AOE hacks and flags up.

That's true, and I can understand that.  But what of someone following someone that's aoe farming and doing it repeatedly and maliciously?  Even after the farmer moves to another area and asks that person to stop?

Then you can try the CCR process and see if it gets resolved that way.  If it's clearly malicious, a chat log and screenshots should provide enough evidence.  Of course, the alternative is to farm with a tree that doesn't use area effect.

lol it's called hyperjumping off if you don't want to fight him/her. That or you better be ready to kill the red. Welcome to a pvp World... SMILEY

Asks them to stop flagging up? LOL

In my opinion no form of attack should work until you are both flagged, and then you can start hacking or whatever..

I agree with the above, it should be all targets of the same type (ie if you've targeted an NPC it only attacks NPC if you target a player it attacks all)

I tend to just move along, if they follow they generally are not doing it by mistake. so i snipe em.

Nothing wrong with it at all, especially when people are running pardoras and you flag and kill them

It's also a pain when you're co-op farming with other orgs.  When someone flags and jumps into our aoe, it disbands the team.  If done accidentally, again, I understand.  But doing it repeatedly in a malicious fashion while follow the farming team around, even after they move to another location, isn't good karma.
