If your a basketball fan or even if your not, who do you think will win? Los Angeles Lakers or Orlando Magic and why? Myself I hope the Orlando Magic wins, Dwight Howards and his team mates have been on fire, who would've thought they could pretty much wipe the floor with the Cavs? I didn't.

Just based off how the Magic kept controlling the Cavs during the regular season, I wasn't surprised at that. The Cavs don't have an answer down low for Howard, so directly matched, the Magic had the advantage; whether they are the true better team or not is a different subject. Personally I think the Lakers will win because I think they match up better than the Cavs, but I also thought the Laker should've handled Denver a bit more easily. Kobe will surely have a big impact, but so should Howard.

I agree, my whole thing with the Lakers is there not consistant at all. They lose by double digits to teams that are far less superior then the Lakers. I think the other issue is if Kobe isn't hot or on his game noone seems to be able to do anything.

Well being from Texas I was going for the Mavericks till they got their asses handed to them. Then I was going for Cleveland with a Cleveland vs L.A. finals and Cleveland coming out on top. After they lost to Orlando ill be rooting for L.A. So much for the Kobey vs LeBron finals would have been dope.

Whilst I don't have a team as such, I have always rooted for the Suns. Seeing as though that's a fruitless task for a good few years yet, I'm going with the Magic. I just can't stand the Lakers at all. Magic in six, with a Howard lob to win it all at the buzzer.

Lakers win in 6 because it's Kobe time to get a ring without Shaq. At this time he will be crowned "The Next Michael Jordan".

By a misguided media and a few sycophantic fans, perhaps. Justified? No.

Its a toss up between him and LeBron as the heir to Jordan. He really is that good.

James is undoubtedly talented, but a lot of his game is derived from his physical gifts. There's never been a player with equal speed + height + power as he, so he should be making slashing cuts to the basket and getting easy dunks. Jordan played in a different time, with slightly but significantly different rules, and in a world where having a franchise centre was paramount. At the end of the day, they should stop with the comparisons and judge each player on their own merit. Except for Kobe, because he's just downright irritating.
