It seems to be slightly better now. There's still some significant lag, though, which wrecks havoc on the people farming.

Please say something about this issue, its getting very annoying to visit downtown and have such major lag.

ive been looking to go and get some access cards but cant do much cause of the lag, i have like 0 lag everywhere until i go downtown, i get slammed bad, seems like as soon as i use the HL to get there it lags so bad that mobs dont show up and then i run into a group of em and get my arse handed to me without even seeing them, this seriously needs to be taken care of

No amount of patches/server restarts is ever going to fix this mess. It looks like the lag is gone only for the first ten hours, but after tenth hour is passed, the lag returns. This is really annoying. Joel, I hope you can see this post and this is a *TOP PRIORITY* to take care of.

I was able to do a contact mission in Hampton Green today which was previously laggy, so perhaps DT is fixed?

I think every area is laggy. Everytime I do a mission with some one else my latency meter goes from green to Red in a second flat even though I am not in downtown. Also I get this Login error thing when I die so I have to restart my computer.
