I cant stand it, and the fact that everyone uses it, even when they are stood at Mara C annoys me more If they dropped the 'trail' of your RSI then it would be ok. The yellow code is ok.

They had the trail before and the devs said it increased lag :S which makes no sense to me whatsoever. Oh and before that they nerfed the maximum speed with the same reason. Ohwell...

an old friend who doesnt play told me once that they usto get up to like 100% movement speed or more, and thats crazy, but personally the hyperspeed animation is kinda stupid i like the whole thing when you move there is a trail of movement, but the code is unnessesary...

I believe mudvayne was saying they moved so fast the servers couldnt keep up and it would unload their textures or something >.> That would be awesome to move that fast

I much prefer the Hyper Sprint animation, the trail I think just makes you look stupid since it ruins the textures on a lot of clothes, Tiger Masters for example the orange can be seen through the black when stood still, The code looks good though and maybe something along the lines of Hyper sprint but a more extreme version of it would look good.

Remove the yellow code and it looks quite cool. I'd prefer no animation at all actually.

Wasn't Hyper Speed already nerfed FX-wise? Seems like it didn't have the desired effect... I personally enjoy Hyper Speed's animation. I enjoy it more when it disappears after a period of time so I don't have to deal with the code all the time. :p

You guys all suck. The blur effect caused by Hyper-speed is killer in interlock, it just makes everything look more matrixy

In any case. HyperSpeed's been nerfed enough, I think it's best left alone now.

I wish they'd still have that yellow glow on the bottom of your feet again

I think that animation's just fine, though i guess it could do without the yellow code, i think the blur is awesome. The flashing under the feet is what some of you are talking about for how HS got nerfed in FX a while back. I believe the reason was that it caused a lot of unnecessary user-side lag. I know back when I had less RAM the old HS effect with the flashies under the feet made me lag a lil' more than usual, it was always a pleasure when the animation would bug and not show
