I noticed collectors were offering everything at a higher level with more bufs than the list i currently was given, Is there some way to get the items at the level on the current list i have?if not does someone have the updated list?

Nope, ya gotta be the minimum level to be able to use it.

Otherwise there'd be a bunch of level 25s in Mara C wearing all super buffed clothing and kicking level 50 butt.

That would be awesome, actually.

The collectors were fairly recently (few months or more ago) updated to reflect CR2. As such most have more buffs but also a slightly higher level requirement. I've not seen the list e-mail wise, I know The Matrix Online @ rumbaar.net's list is out of date, the only list I know of is here but it hasn't been finished yet, it still has to list Downtown's items.
