I doubt anyone knows who I am since I only played for a few months right after launch but I was thinking about coming back to a game and this seems like the only decent thing left. I'm pretty sure when I left I was a lvl 49 mero. I'm updating patches right now and will be logging in tonight for the first time in like two years.
Hows the population? Based on the forums it seems like theres plenty of people.
How much is getting my last level gonna suck?
Please tell me they nerfed hacker....

I can't say that i do remember you but welcome back regardless, it's always nice to see someone return and even better when they are mero.
Population varries but at the moment any one org can dominate depending on when you login.
They nerfed hacker.

Ok now I'm excited. I left because hacker was ruining close combat but I guess no worries now.
Hmmm time to load my aikido/karate/kunfu back up or my pistols/aikido....? Decisions....

wont be to bad we have archive missions that are past story lines you can do they give out great xp also 01 now has robot parts from the 45 and up robots that drop soldier parts and you can Trade them for Xp if you can get a few people on a team with area hacks you can get a good amount parts then trade them in to binary boy at creston sc i belive.

completely new combat system tho,, a lot of old schoolers don't like it
and btw hacker is just dps on steroids now
mkt = not much of a way to resist dmg

I have tried the new combat before when SOE first bought it.
Are any Meros gonna be on in like 20mins that could just answer some bs questions I have when I jack back in? I just gotta go hit the shower first.

They nerfed hacker, but being MA is still a deathtrap. Only now with contested withdraw and more snipers/mkts (no dodge ranged (or VD for that matter) anymore).
Still, Data mining is apparently full of win now. ^_^
