Convert Max XP to $Info

This one's been stated before.  Once you reach max XP, I think XP should automatically be converted to $Info.  It would make me feel like I'm getting full credit for things I do in the game at level 50.  You could use the org rep as a % multiplier, which would encourage players to get max rep.

Rarebit has stated that there is already too much info floating around in the game.  Obtaining and leveling all abilities costs a LOT, but the upcoming Binary Boy style collectors could be an $info sink in addition to collecting items.

Arn't we not allowed to do that because WoW copyrighted that or something? I don't remember, I think I read that somewhere. XP to Gold... But still a good idea anyway.

This is a very good idea....it would benefit every level 50 who does still do missions either for the reputation or just for the $info......I see no objection to it.

Except currently without info sinks, there would be even more info within the 'economy' on top of the already obscene amount of info that currently exists, however what could the devs make which could be expensive to draw all this info out?

I don't think a game mechanic like that can be copyrighted. I have a feeling it was used before WoW by other titles, but yeah. SMILEY

I like the idea, though if it were a direct 1 to 1 ratio that would be a little too much info.

I like this idea. Because right now the devs of this game never, ever made end game or level 50 content. Since Beta once you hit 50, there is nothing besides pvping or running archive missions. To bad the devs are supposibly "short handed" and never make new content which isn't recycled.

This is a great idea, I eat info for breakfast and have the "special ability" to use 5mill in about 10 secs SMILEY

This is indeed a great idea, but needs to come hand-in-hand with a big time $info sink.  Thinking back on the many ideas thrown around this forum, I think that faction rental space would do the trick.  It could use existing areas with a few tweaks (Mannsdale Projects anyone?) and would provide end game content, a reason to keep missioning, and claimable space (a long-time want) all in one fell swoop.

I do also think 1 to 1, XP to $info would be too much.  Maybe 1/3?  That way a full 3 phase mission would net about 300k.

How about a simple XP for info trade?  Two bars for 2mill, for example.  That's not exactly accurate but you get the idea. 

It would make that 'extra level' beyond 50 worth reaching for a start, as you could trade without dropping a level.

a mil of $i for a mil of EXP I think makes it pretty fair.

I just like the rep multiplier bonus idea, why is Flood going to pay me (+121 Merovingian reputaion) the same as some mech or zionist who has just changed and has minimum Merv rep?
