Did you get that from a mission? I haven't jacked in yet this update so I don't know. The possibility that it was Halborn didn't even cross my mind, though; probably because the Architect made this sound like an official deputation, whereas Halborn was a rogue Oligarch.
Their names are mentioned in the first mission. Can't for the life of me remember the Female's name at the moment!
