No, the "Data Miner Rulez" messages are a joke, as it has no combat value whatsoever. (insert random DM Ability joke here)

On the other hand, yes, Flood really is a Data Miner.

If you only load the very basic data miner ability, you can get a lot of other stuff SMILEY

If you go up the tree, you don't have too much room. Still, I like using that loadout in duels SMILEY
