Billing and Account Management

I need to gain access to my billing details etc because I cant remember the bill date, can anyone tell me how to do this?

http://secure.station.sony.com/mxo/details.m will allow you to view your billing details.

You could also press the account button on the launcher. SMILEY

Do you know if its possible to change my Station Name?

As far as I know your stuck with it unfortunately, the same as your forum name.

Its a pain to be honest cus through out the web im known as Nutronic, I
managed to register the name Nutronic as a character but when I tried
to register it as a station name it said it had been took. Now this can
happen because of 2 reasons:

A guy in America who is also a radio dj has this name and I met
him on yahoo a few years ago and has decided to register for MxO,
or......

Someone knows me and thought it would be funny to use my DJ name as his/her login which is the most annoying part

So is there anyway or anyone I could contact in order to get my station name changed to something else? or is the answer no?

The answer is still no as far as I am aware.

Try going to the supposrt section and submit a petition, but I find it highly unlikely they will change it.
