Oh that one's been around forever--take a look in Westview.
Raeder and his level 50+ "boys"--and almost all level 50+ NPCs, for that matter, will be getting spanky new guns in...hm just a little under week now.

Roger's Way. One of the better silver desert eagle types (untill Update "lots of guns" 60, anyway). Also Colt's weapon of choice.
