Im not saying to make a charactor on vector i am saying the community as a whole should make a charactor on one single server and use that server as THE server, to keep the population at a high, Increased population = better everything! =DSo just forget which server we just need everyone to agree to it.
This is the best idea i've heard in a while. I was talking with someone the other day about doing this on Syntax since it's the most populated right now. I was able to get full mission teams of lowbies and we had a blast! The Vector twist on this makes it an even better idea. I have a lvl 12 there now so if everyone's up for it let's reroll!

That's the spirit!! Like i said it DOESN'T have to be vector as long as we all agree on a server and smash up the population. I mean i'd hate leaving my charactor as much as the next guy it has Patcher's Headgear and allsorts....But for the sake of the game i'd remake a newbie in a second..
If everyone up and left to a different server for the sake of the game, I'd just cancel my sub.

Like i said also Syntax would be an obvious choice as it's already the biggest populated.. I mean Vector may not want to leave thier server, but if they did the PvP on Syntax would be amazing!
I would stick around if everyone came to my server, but I would not expect nor demand they have to. Because I refuse to leave my server I won't tell others to do the same. Unless SOE allow people to move their characters over to a new server I won't support a server merge.

I don't, if you have to start from scratch if the server chosen is not your main or even secondary server. Would you be willing to cut Zippy loose? I know I wouldn't be interested in cutting my main char loose or even my other 50 on Recursion.
I still support a 3 to 2 merge, a 3 to 1 merge, or the ability to /copychar over to the new "main" server (although you'd need to add slots to accomodate your alts migrating).

Just having people to play with doesn't make a server not boring.
I have 50s on all servers and the only reason I ever logged into Recursion was for LEs, and Syntax for LEs or Vogt's events.
We're all here to do different things, and where we ended up serverwise is a good indicator of that. From a Vector PVPer's standpoint, non-hostile server PvP is repetetive and boring because it's always in Mara, and the blue snipe/gather at the HL and rebuff before we fight again is just dumb. It's like pre-Revolutionary War tactics, where each side would stand in a line, salute, bow, do a little twirl, and then on the command, each side would fire their muskets at the other. Vector is guerilla PVP, where you want it when you want it, provided you can find a target that doesn't run away.
So, maybe that idea would work for SynCursion. I dunno about any sort of high-volume transfer between a non-hostile and a hostile server.
