This is Fallenwrath. I am sure you know by now what good times I have had upon my return to society. But I was force to cut my good times short due my untimely interruption from certain individuals.
I do not like interruption. It is rude and it has force me to change the methods I use to execute my plans. But so be it.

I was able to decipher this last night thus, why i'd like to meet with Fallenwrath. Although I do not know if the informant have read his email.

Each png seems to have a numeral filename. Various languages are used and possibly deliberate typos. This is a preliminary theory though so I could be way off.
