Hello dearies. Here's a dirty little secret that you might not have known about me: I spend more time than I should poking around the darker digital nether regions of the Matrix. Why? Oh, you never know what kind of things you'll find down there. I keep most of them to myself, naturally ;), but here's a little burst of ones and zeros that I picked up the other day, which I might as well let you play with. What does it mean? Who knows? Maybe nothing; maybe everything. That's what makes the hunt so much fun. Still not getting goosebumps? Think about this: what if whoever wrote it meant for it to be found like this? What if they're watching us, right now? Ooh. xoxoxo ~~Veil ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ From the perplexing vibes of the impossible symmetry, to the rolling dice of the fates of Cormorant. The corrupt of the waterline spread across the ladder of purity, while the hand of the Viper exhumes dominance over the park of this nineteen-forties pocket of time. Teaming masses are forced together in the grip of the Taibai, the multitudes of rooms lock them together, until such a time that they might migrate to greener pastures. Beware of the creature of infinite values, for the tail-end chase will never cease to be. Although solace can be found in the domain of the fallen warrior of old, the ironic masquerade of the operative remains unseen. Your fortunes are most grave if you should stumble into the Demon's lair, for the legions of the marrow shall show no mercy to a traveler such as yourself. If you were to seek shelter, the Ethereal planes hold a peaceful dominion despite the house being encased in the raw earth of old. The only minute of silence can be found in the cradle of the aqueduct, beneath the healthy glow of Mars, but the leadership of the Fury will not let you go willingly, for she holds all the cards in this land of Duality. So then the maze of the power comes to a head in the glow of hanging tea lights, in the light blades of grass. But have no fear, for the wings protect this tranquil park of Eden from the corruption of the powerful. //Log off protocol//7E2041727469737472616C00//#

The references, while thinly veiled, should prove a challenge to connect.

Well after reading it twice it seems pretty clear what most of it refers to, but there doesn't seem to be any instructions.. What are we supposed to do?
