I think it's because the name is a computing term (most names in the Matrix come from Religion, Mythology and computer terms).

All the same it's pretty funny.

Aren't those the same as the Agent names so that would also mean we would get an 'Agent Jurymen' and a 'Captain Jurymen' and even 'Jurymen the Exterminator' SMILEY
