This particularly relates to events where prizes are given out, given events that have happened recently and also the fact that my service has been taken advantage of before in the past as well.
So in order to protect myself, I will not be posting events where prizes are to be distributed unless the prizes are first handed over to be held in escrow until after the event.
If your intentions are noble, then you won't mind making this concession. I hope everyone understands, and I look forward to seeing some great events in the future.
Glad I've given you something to be in awe about.
OK.
So when does it come down to a legal binding contract to host a player event where prizes are distributed XD.

If for example, your first place prize is an item that could be mistaken for another rare object, you should clearly state that it is not the rare object.

Vixen/Section 9 Sexy House Party. No entry fee required, the party itself went on for over 8 hours and prizes included a Patcher's Headgear, Patcher's Dana, Elite Commando Suit and countless millions upon millions given out and it was all funded by our pure awesomeness! How it should be!
^_^
