As you can see, my question is in faction chat but just incase: Are those passive buffs in sneak as in they are applied automatically as I equip the ability or do I need to use Spy Style to get the buffs from it?

You dont need to apply spy style to get those buffs. They are passive and your stats window will show them working.

They should be passive ability bonuses. These are always active as long as you have Sneak loaded into your memory banks.

If your style gives you Melee Accuracy, then your Melee Accuracy Bonuses should also apply regardless of how you came by them.
