E-mail+SOE+NEW MxO Forums=spam?

Well im not much of a poster on the forums but when i do, i sometimes post alot in just one day. In the past forums we really didn't get an e-mail for when some one replid to our post right? Well now we do FOR EVERY SINGLE POST A PERSON DOES AFTER YOU, i posted last night on one of the forums ( sorry i forgot) and when i woke up i had over 30 e-mails, tell me is there anyway to sent these to junk? I tryed but i had another 30 there and when i did, they came back SMILEY

So is SOE spamming us or something? Or was it all just a dream....

Click on the "My Profile" link at the top of the page and look for:

Send e-mail notification when posts get answered:
An e-mail is sent when someone replies to a message you have posted. This option may be changed when writing the message

Tick the "No" box.

The problem is this setting defaults to "Yes". The people in charge of the board code should be aware that this is a poor way of doing things... Lets hope they change it.

Yeah that option is under "My Profile" However for some reason sometimes it doesnt shut off the incoming emails. So I just report it as spam and it shuts it off that way.
