Whilst I agree this isn't soloable, it is certainly doable with 2 people. I just got the jacket by soloing the first 2 waves by pulling one aside one at a time only needing to use speed tactics and pistol whips and using a tactics booster on the 3 chev lvl55's. Luckily for me a Utility Master came along at the start of wave three. He used an upgrade sim and his handgun. It did take a while to kill the lvl 60 but we did it.

With 2 duelists, rolling out when necessary, I don't think there would be a problem.

I did it solo twice with MA, all you gotta do is drag one by one into a corner and kill 'em. It does take a bit to kill the lvl60, just gotta state them and give them a Wooden Dummy Drill and Dim Mak Strike. SMILEY

It's not ideal and you have to be fairly good at soloing to begin with but it seems that, although taking some time, it is possible to Solo the halls.... I was probably lucky, I only experienced one EC using Tomo Nage but it only did 1 dmg, it wasn't the Squad Leader tho'

Yeah, it wasn't something I wanted to do, but I needed one more item and said screw it. It is possible though.

This can be solo'ed but I think the most efficient combination would be one MA and one Patcher.  The MA can pull and interlock while the Patcher can provide Upgrades, Heals and free fire.  I have to agree with Trayen and Co though, Howie/Destroyer teams vaporise anything.

Solo'd for the boots as a gunfighter no problem. Their ballistic damage is low and they don't hit well if you have high defense stats. Only occasional melee attacks in interlock did substantial damage and even so, I rarely had to use health pills. I also did this for the helmet with the help of a level 25 providing range fire support to get states more. The 60 takes a while simply because of high damage resistance, more frequent states helped shorten this.

Takes a while to get it done solo pulling them one by one. But then a group takes a while too if looting is rotated (did this for the goggles) so it's about the same amount of time either way IMO.

Nice loot in here too. Phat info drops and high level enhanced stuff. This is a lot of fun no matter how you slice it!

Yea sorry Avalod but its really not as difficult as you make it sound. The first time I even went there me and Vesuveus walked all over the commandos with just the two of us. I was loaded as MA and he was loaded as rifleman.

Countinous stream of WDD+dim mak/ki charged foot sweep+ki charged punch+ three round burst if I remember correctly. (o and sky high kick...duh)

Yet the reason why team work based content is subject to those who defile it.. This right there in quotes thank you.. Think its time i throw out my cards for more difficult team content with rewards as good as commando gear but this time for the MA's. I mean if people saying its that easy then *poop* make it what is was intended to be overall and not some solo fest for loot..

So, bring 4 people with loads that don't work that well to farm Elite Commando gear is the message you're telling us in a teamwork guide for the commando gear???  I thought guides were supposed to show you the best way and/or multiple ways to farm a particular item.  So now we're ruining the game by being efficient or using any other mixture that could possibly prove to be less time-consuming...

When you state for the strategy that you need 4 people minimum to stand a chance, this is a pretty bold statement since, as seen before, you CAN in fact solo this.  Not only that but I myself have done a 2-man team with much ease that didn't take much time at all.  Now you're just making untrue statements and responding in a hostile manner when people prove that you are wrong.  If this is really meant to be a helpful guide you might want to have the reader's interest in mind and see that they have no idea about this subject and just want to know everything they can know to help them out.  And let's face it, how easy is it going to be to round up a 4-man team at any time of the day for potentially a new player...

Good intentions with the guide, but if you're going to post something like this you have to either know/have tried every way of doing this or be open to other people's suggestions (especially the ones that clearly work) and possibly even include them in it...

With that said you've done an awesome job of providing directions, explaining the process and providing screenshots of the actual items, with, what I found to be very helpful, a summary of all the total buffs you receive from wearing the entire outfit.

I agree with Tenshi here, I also agree that Teamwork is good to have but the ones I team with tend to do the hardest work with the fewest people, we do Box 4s with 2 people, we are planning on getting a Tengu Spawn (Data Mine) and doing it with 4 people, 3 of us went in a small room in the Bathary wearhouses so the Corrupted would come in and we went nuts collecting Decaying Codes (3x3=9 level 53s constantly spawning).  This task isn't really brilliant with too many people as it is quick but there are many other options for Teamwork and fewer people in the team require better teamwork, get a Zion in on the game and get some System Tie Clips.... lots to do SMILEY
