I'm a month away from graduating, but I need your help to get me there!!

For my last class I am conducting a survey of MMO players and their knowledge and use of Internet radio.  I'm posting this in the hopes that everyone that posts here will help me out.  The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.

While I'm sure I'll get a lot of responses, I'm going to add a little incentive.  After all the responses are in, I'll pick at random one player from each server.  Those players will win 100 Million $info.

Here's what you do:

1. Download the survey here.
2. Open it in Adobe Reader and fill it out (If you don't have Adobe Reader, get it free here).
3. Save the completed survey
4. Email it back to me at djarchduke@yahoo.com

Be sure to put your Name and Server in the email so you can be entered in the drawing!!
