~~She is still fulfilling her purpose and doing her job. Why would they (The Machines) need to delete her, unless they came up with a better version, which is probably impossible for at least...a hundred years.

O_o Would you really try to delete a Program who has a bodyguard who could kick your head so hard that it would be ripped off your shoulders in the real world and punch a hole through your hovercraft's hull? I don't believe she is an exile. The Architect obviously has disdain for her, but nevertheless speaks civilly to her at the end of Revolutions. As already stated, she has a purpose. And I, for one, am not sure that some high profile exiles are also not fulfilling a purpose as well.
