Does anyone know where I can find Kung Fu Proficiency? I've checked several places and tried the marketplace, but can't find anything. There's probably something obvious that I'm missing, can someone point it out to me? Thanks.

to the Station Entrance should be a Martial Arts Vendor, not sure what
he Sells, but it might be worth Checking Out, this is in the Barrens

mayb get some1 to code/make 1 for you if there nice enough...when i
first got kungfu some1 coded it for me and ll i had to do was give him
code bits...and he paid me for them! so its like getting a free
ability..but when he gave me hyperjump i have him 5000 $info just be
