We must keep balance in The Matrix, we must stop all hostile exile forces from ruining the way of life The Matrix has created, and Zion must be kept with a close eye to insure they do not further the instability of The Matrix's power source and those that do not need to be freed left that way. The Stand Alone Complex is here to preserve the life and they existence for all, even if it means using extreme force to carry out these measures.
